At United Way, we believe everyone deserves the opportunity to earn a living that can sustain a family and build security for future generations.

COMMUNITY NAVIGATORS ARE HERE TO HELP!

United Way’s Community Navigators provide free, one-on-one support to residents in financial hardship by helping to access job training programs, education, financial assistance, and other resources to improve your employment prospects and income stability.

Some of the barriers of achieving financial stability can include a lack of working hours, salary or hourly wages, skills training, and more. Community Navigators will help you break those barriers and move towards the financial future you envision for yourself and your family.

If you are a Greater New Haven resident experiencing financial challenges, needing assistance with finding a higher paying job, looking for affordable childcare, seeking affordable housing or food resources, or finding disability services, United Way’s Community Navigators are available to give you guidance.
